What’s included

You’ll train 3 days per week using mostly dumbbells (and a bench when available). Each workout includes:

  • A purposeful warm-up to prepare your body

  • Structured strength training with clear focus

  • A short finisher to complete your session efficiently

Every workout includes video demonstrations, coaching notes, and exercise options so you can adjust based on your time, energy, and equipment.

Progression is built in so you always know how to move forward without wondering if you’re doing “enough” or doing it right.

How progression works

Strong Foundations is designed as a progressive system, not a one-time program.

Once you complete a phase, you will automatically move into the next phase. Each phase builds on what you’ve already learned with new movement variations and continued strength progressions, so you always know exactly what to do next without guessing, restarting, or losing momentum.

This is about building strength that actually lasts.

Program structure & billing

Strong Foundations is made up of 6 total phases, designed to be completed over time as you build strength and confidence.

You’ll move through one phase each month, with each phase progressing your workouts in a structured, intentional way. This way, you're never having to guess what to do next!

Your membership is $89/month and continues automatically as you progress through the program.
