What’s included
You’ll train 3 days per week using mostly dumbbells (and a bench when available). Each workout includes:
A purposeful warm-up to prepare your body
Structured strength training with clear focus
A short finisher to complete your session efficiently
Every workout includes video demonstrations, coaching notes, and exercise options so you can adjust based on your time, energy, and equipment.
Progression is built in so you always know how to move forward without wondering if you’re doing “enough” or doing it right.
