You’ll complete 3 full-body workouts per week using mostly dumbbells (and a bench when available). Each workout includes:
A focused warm-up Two structured strength sections
A short finisher
You’ll see video demos, coaching notes, and alternative exercise options throughout the program to help you adjust based on how you’re feeling, how much time you have, and what equipment is available.
Progression is built in — but it’s flexible.
You’ll track weights, reps, and sets so you can:
Gradually increase load when it makes sense
Build volume over time
Learn how to progress without feeling like you have to push every workout
