  • Each training session is 45 minutes and designed specifically for you and your goals.

  • Our in-person training sessions will be at Off the Block Physical Therapy in Central, South Carolina.

  • Pricing ranges from $120 to $900 depending on what you’re needing and looking for. If you’re curious about what package is best for you, schedule a free introductory call using one of the “Book a Call” buttons on this page.

  • The fact that you’ve done other programs shows how dedicated and committed you are to achieving your goals. However, perhaps you need something more custom and this isn’t a reason to penalize yourself!!! If anything, this can give us even better insight on how to approach your goals differently and set you up for success. I am truly invested in my clients and know that I’m here for you as a source of support. Check out the client wins towards the top of this page that others have experienced!

  • This program is designed to help to give you guidance and support to help you feel more in control of your health and habits, quit the all-or-nothing approach, give you accountability, and ensure you’re working out safely. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, run-down, and exhausted, how much longer can you realistically continue on this path? How will this impact your health both physically and mentally if you don’t take action? Remember, you’re building lifelong skills here that will help you accomplish your goals and, more importantly, maintain them over the long term. Know that there are different training packages and virtual training options are also available to help out with the cost.

  • We can work together to create a more customized plan! I’m always happy to collaborate with your physical therapist or doctor to help ensure your safety. With my experience as a strength and conditioning specialist, we will work together to help reintroduce exercise and progress safely.

  • Not only will we touch base on your goals in person during our training sessions but we will also check in on a weekly basis through the message feature in the app. We’ll talk about wins from the week, challenges and how to navigate them, and next steps for the week ahead!

  • ABSOLUTELY. I completely understand that things come up but just ask that you give me at least 24 hours notice.

  • We can make that work too! You can purchase additional check-ins a la carte when needed.

Meet Your Coach

Christy Pohl, NBC-HWC, CSCS

I’m a national board certified health coach & strength and conditioning specialist with additional certifications in nutrition and pregnancy & postpartum fitness. I work to help people build time-efficient nutrition & fitness habits for more energy, strength, and confidence. My goal is to help you not only reach your goals but ultimately develop the skills to continue and maintain it over the long term! 

Some fun facts about me! I’m a former collegiate pole vaulter for Clemson University. Go Tigers! Mom to one crazy little boy and an energetic boxer dog. Our family just moved back to the Clemson area this fall and couldn’t be more excited to raise our family here!
